 | For Africa we have again gone "Outside the Box" to envision a project that will cost for the Infrastructure build alone, between 500 and 600 Billion Euros. We urge you not to discount this project because of it's size but instead to look at why , because of it's size it will succeede. Futhere we have developed a fiancing strategy to be able to pay for all of this construction and more through a complicated design of private and public financing and the ultimate goal of full public stock and bond offerings. It is envisioned that this infrastructure build will be interconnect to and through as many as 43 Countries and over 70,000 kilometers over 20 years by either developing new, rehabilitating old, expanding and or improving existing, and "Standardizing" infrastructure in the three ares necessary for unlocking the potential of Africa. This project is not just a "hope" for Africa.... it is a "necessity" for Africa and its future. failure of this project would not just be a failure of Trans African Development but a failure for ALL of Africa and the future of over 800 million people for generations to come. These three areas of development are: developing needed Power by: Building 10 to 12 Nuclear Power Plants, but we are still open to the development of hydro-electric facilities. And the expansion and interconnection and developemnt of an Intra-Africa Electric Transmission Grid. Additinally we envision the development of Pipelines for crude and refined projects and natural gas and expanding or improving existing or planned lines like those in the ECOWAS region.
In Communications we need to establish an 8 to 14 terabit Fiber Optic cable with multiple loopings to prevent outages, giving each and every one of the 40 plus counties we plan to incorporate into this project, reliable direct telecommunications, video and Internet connectivity allowing for the development and expansioin of wireless technology for transmission in-country. This is attainable with the advances in technology and the signifigant reductions of costs involved in the equipment necessary to achieve this goal.
