CHECK BACK SOON TO GET THE DETAILS OF THIS MAGNIFICENT PROJECT. WHAT IS THE TRANS AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY BESIDES BEING AN AFFILIATE OF TRANS-AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES, LLC AND THE AFRICAN GENESIS PROJECT? WE BELIEVE IN THE FUTURE OF AFRICA AND ARE WORKING TOWARDS BUILDING THAT FUTURE THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE ! We believe that the THREE MAJOR COMPONENTS that contribute to Peace, Prosperity and the overall Human Condition are as follows: Communication, Transportation, and Power. To this BEGINNING we have designed a new program that will bring into Africa, and through 43 countries, a single project, that will travel 70 thousand kilometers and include the following: a 4 to 6 lane, limited access Toll Highway; an 8 to 14 terabit Fiber Optic Cable capable of handling Voice, Data and Video and allowing for the overall distribution of Wireless Networks in each country; A Double-Track Railroad System with inter-modal facilities in each country; An Electric Power Grid including 10 to 12 Nuclear Power Plants, Wind Turbine Power and Gas Turbine Generators; Aa well as an Oil Pipeline for crude and refined products as well as Natural Gas; The development of 4 World Class Seaports/ Marine terminals to facilitate the international trade that will be stimulated by this project. These six projects, when combined, will facilitate the transformation of Africa for the 21st century and will be a major factor in giving Africa the ability for self -determination. We believe that this project, when implemented, will not only create a more favorable environment for trade and investment on an Inter-Continental scale, but will reap huge benifits in Intra-Africa trade and cooperation. A small example of this is the belief that this project will substantially inprove the ability to develop large scale commercial farming and ranching combined with the necessary transportation system to move fresh food, before it loses its nutritional value, will be extreemly important for the entire continent of Africa. The availability of reliable and affordable power will entice business from across sectors and from around the globe in areas that range from garment manufacturing (from cloth to finished goods) to smelting operations. Comminications are a necessary component for any investment into Africa and will be enhanced by the multi-looped Fiber Optic, terrestial cable. Whereas, transportatin, will dramatically improve the access to natural resources heretofor not readily available for development. The revenues generated by the individual governments from the substantial growth in investment and employment associated with this project will help them develop localized efforts in such areas as sewer and potable water, and local electricfication and communications. It will stimulate regional markets for food stuffs, and it will assist in improving Heatlh and Welfare of its citizens as well as bring Education to its youth to be prepared for a better tomorrow. This project is a 20 to 30 year project which will call for direct and indirect investment over that time in excess of one trillion Euros. While the actual construction of the components themselves will not count for the majority of this investment it will include investments by international and mulitmation companies wanting to access the natural resources of the Continent as well as the exportation of raw and finished materials utilizing a vast and realativly inexpensive labor pool. We have been contacting various Governments across the Continent asking for a one Kilometer wide path for the complete right of way authority to be able to buid the necessary infrastructure for this investment. Trans African Development has pledged not to "own" this "right of way" but to use it as a basis for financing and for the ultimate transfer of ownewrship into a "public" company which will have both the AU (African Union) as well as the individual countries as part owners upon completion of the construction and beginning of operations of all the components. The advantages to each individual country is not only a cash flow from their share of the ownership of this project but also a stronger AU emerging with the funds they will receive for their share of the ownership. With the cries for a UNIFIED Africa in Politics and economics we believe that this project gives Africa a Unique Opportunity to do that and more especially in the areas of a common African Currency and Central Bank and a strong AU. |
